Jäcster Technology was started in 2016 by Jacob Erickson. Jacob began working on computers in 1995 when his family purchased their first PC. His passion for computer repair continued with him in high school where he took several computer repair classes as well as an introduction to networks. He joined the Army National Guard after graduating high school in 2003 where he continued pursuing computer repair and advanced communications. In 2006 he graduated from State Fair Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Network Administration. Over the years he has held several positions, including Telecommunications Director, IT Operations Director, Network Engineer, and now CEO. Jacob continues to serve in the Army National Guard as a Non-Commissioned Officer and will soon be joining the Warrant Officer ranks as a Network Engineer where he will continue to gain knowledge in cyber security and network communications.
