About Us
We are a retail party store that specializes in balloons. From simple to elaborate helium or air creations. We also carry handmade crafts and scrapbooking & paper crafting items.
How We Got Started
We have been in business since 1972. Formerly called Paper Seconds. When we moved to this location, we changed the name. I started working here and then purchased the business in 2014. We added balloons in 2016 and have been going strong with that ever since!
