If you're thinking of the traditional Notary Public at the local UPS Store or bank, think again. As a Certified Notary Signing Agent my experience includes conducting all manner of real estate transaction signings (reverse mortgages, refinance, cash-out, buyer and/or seller signings, VA, etc.) from application to closing, which is the bulk of my business.

I've also provided notarial services for many other transactions from adoptions to out-of-state confessions, legal settlement conferences, contracts and much more. I am an approved vendor for the title companies that handle the vast majority of real estate closings nationwide. Lastly, for certain foreign transactions that require it, I am one of a few notaries around that still keeps an old-fashioned embosser. I speak English and French fluently.

Any charges from me are for time and travel only. I never charge for actual notarizations. In Little Elm only, my minimum fee for 1/2 hour or less is $35. Otherwise my hourly rate and minimum standard charge is $60 Monday through Saturday, $90 on Sundays and major holidays. I service the following Texas counties at standard rates: Dallas, Denton and Collin. I service Grayson and Fannin counties at additional charges based on travel time. ​I handle appointments 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
