About Us
Through my signature scaling process framework, I help my clients tap into their vision of growth so we can create the right fit systems, processes, SOPs, so hiring teams and launching next level programs and products is easeful and effective to upleveling their revenue and profitability.
I am looking for the business owners who suspect you might be wearing way too many hats in your business creating overwhelm and stress, so we can explore how the lack of systems, processes and SOPs could be playing a sneaky role in holding you back and how we can get you moving into the direction of the business you envision.
How We Got Started
I started in biotech but decided I wanted to help people and their businesses. I started with organization and added virtual services after a few years. I now want businesses to be efficient to help them have their business be all it can be, so I have new services to do that. I guide the owner to develop procedures and processes that makes sure what the owner does not have to do the tasks that do not make them money, but can hire someone and it will be done as the owner wants.

Someone who leads by example and not just by using words. All the great leaders I worked cared about their employees, had their back in situations that required it and set up their employees to do well and not fail.

I would speak on how organizing can make you feel free from constantly looking at the "stuff" around you and making you feel overwhelmed and frustrated. How you too can be organized not only with home but office as well.

I had pens made with a stylus on the end. People always need pens so if you run into someone needing a pen hand them yours and that can start a conversation.

As I work with a lot of small businesses on this topic, I usually ask if there are items they have to keep for other agencies and we keep those. I usually for other items have them keep them for 7 years for tax purposes in case of an audit. Also if they have a lot of receipts I have them scan...

Also if they have a lot of receipts I have them scan them as the IRS accepts scanned receipts because receipts can fade and then you have lost the proof of a deduction.

It took me a while to increase my prices. I also gave the people who had been with me the same rate and for new people the increased rate. I would say that if you are getting more clients and you are getting busier then I would consider raising my prices so you get the money for the value you...
