Who Is Your Ideal Customer?
Answered by:
Anyone experiencing conflict that is ongoing and painful, who would like help resolving it. Anyone contemplating hiring attorneys and going to court as a way of dealing with their conflict: business and client, Biz v. Biz, in the workplace, etc. Mediate your dispute at less cost, time and stress and with better outcomes. First try mediation, before litigating your dispute!
Also in the family, and primarily people who intend to get divorced. Do it via divorce mediation to save the parties money, time and grief and help them co-parent the children in a good way into the future.

I am a Business Lawyer I must say I agree with Shuneet 100%. I regularly advise my clients to put mediation or arbitration clauses in their agreements. Litigation is not only time-consuming and expensive, it takes a psychological toll--distraction, stress, etc. Sometimes litigation is necessary but it should be a last resort.
