I have a great story........I am in the Promotional Products Business.....we MUST dot our i's and t's and make sure that everything is BETTER than PERFECT! We Pride ourselves on how well, we can deliver the perfect product, printed and on time if not early within your budget..... We sell to many Religious Institutions......we sell to many Fortune 500 companies and Mom and Pop and so it goes...... Received a phone call from a customer that asked if we would print a curse word on a pen......thought about it and asked what word??? They said SHIT.......we said no big deal, OK.....it was a Rush Order.......for 24-hour service......and we Printed Shit Happens..... Well.....The factory also had other Rush orders from us.......and the same pen, was also being shipped to a Church.....for also 24-hour service........the shipping department mixed up labels....and while Both Orders were shipped within 24-hours......the Church order that went to the WRONG CUSTOMER said GOD FORGIVE YOU! The other order that went to the Church said SHIT HAPPENS! OH Boy.....lucky for me....they were both local....and we drove to both locations and made the exchange......I can look back years later and still giggle! Hope you enjoyed......the factory gave the orders to BOTH customers for their error!!

Miracle of miracles to have extra time.......CALL and SPEAK with my customers A) on recent orders received, which we always do.....B) In our industry there are price incentives to buy early......on certain products, we always pass them along......so it is always a good time to check in for those...

Miracle of miracles to have extra time.......CALL and SPEAK with my customers A) on recent orders received, which we always do.....B) In our industry there are price incentives to buy early......on certain products, we always pass them along......so it is always a good time to check in for those products.......letting your customer know you are always thinking of them in my humble experience is what we do here.....anyone can send an email blast, anyone can throw a card in the mail.....they all get tossed, or deleted, out of site out of mind.....but talking....I am old school.....call me crazy.....we build solid relationships...

So....In my world where deadlines and printing MUST BE SPOT ON, have Plan A, B, C in place with those options to tell your customer THE TRUTH ALWAYS! Somehow, as hard as the truth may be, it's way better than saying anything else.......
