Long term investment in relationships with people in your community and sphere of influence is most beneficial. People do business with those they like and trust. Be a good friend to others and genuinely care about people and your community. Let people know what you do and they are more likely to use and refer you when the opportunity arises. We use Matterport and highly recommend it on all unique or larger homes. It does make a difference by helping your property to be placed higher on search engines etc. We literally had a property listed where the buyers showed up and she only needed to see the kitchen in person and he wanted to feel the backyard. They knew right where everything was. In their minds they had already taken possession. We didn't have to show them any other property. This was over an $800,000 sale.
