I agree Robert.  In your line of work, the only thing that would be shocking is if you left your  customer with some incorrect wiring?  And, yes feelings in your line of business, cannot be tolerated as you are trying to secure the Electrical circuits in a house, a business, etc...  I think what you are saying is you need to focus on that (which includes avoiding safety pitfalls, etc.) as opposed to a group hug or something similar?
