How We Got Started
Our founder, Shane Brandt, is a successful businessman who owned several businesses. When he and his wife were looking for funds to start a home health care agency, none of the banks were responsive, even though they were the types of clients underwriters love. They had cash, collateral, and credit, yet were still turned away. Believing that other business owners in the same boat were experiencing the same problem, Shane jumped into action in November 2018 when Aspen Commercial Lending was born!
