Ask them how they like being couped up.  Then ask them what the first thing(s) is that they will do when they are able to return to a less restricted life.  Next, ask them to answer these questions for their customers.  Finally, remind them of the why behind the great toilet paper shelf clearing pandemic...excitement, worry, and fear of getting “it” before it’s all gone.
