I never send a presentation before a meeting. Not only can the prospect misinterpret the information but they don't get the benefit of answers to questions, on the spot. Face-to-face is my best form of communication. I know that people work with people they like. When I meet a new client, I am what/who they are "buying". We all say similar things, so that face-to-face time is ultimately important. I am my best product!
