Yes, there is a supply issue, but I wonder if it would be such a problem IF we didn't have driver licensing issues with new drivers (heard that the DMV was suppose to have longer hours to take more apps) & stringent requirements on the age of the trucks? is it true that the less eco friendly trucks aren't allowed? If any of this is true & these requirements were lifted even for a short time, things would improve. Of course there needs to be some place for all the containers to go after being unloaded. I thought several close states offered to be distribution centers. You know next year we will be flooded with all that merchandise that is sitting on the ships & docks, when Christmas is over. Then what will be the problem?

I am a real state appraiser. I work with management co who order appraisals for loans, purchases. I do date of death reports, will measure houses to find out correct sq footage, have done appraisals for divorces or just for information to clients.
