If you only calculated proceeds for your employees then 75% of the loan will be forgiven for your loan amount and the remaining 25% for overhead will be forgiven. Once those terms are met you can spend your money however you like. If the terms aren't met, the unforgiven amount will have to be paid back. Hope this helps.

You can get the average hourly salary for a data processor and multiply that number by the number of hours worked. That number should be fair to both of you.

Technically no, you can't collect unemployment. You're not unemployed, business is slow. If the business was shut down and you've paid into the system, you may then qualify. I tell my clients, it's like the difference between closing a business and having 0.00 in revenue. The IRS wont know...

I tell my clients, it's like the difference between closing a business and having 0.00 in revenue. The IRS wont know until the return is filed. You can check with the EDD for further guidance.
