I agree with Abel and Sofi that you are in a situation of a lot of stress that probably doesn't align job requirements with your personality.  "What Color is your Parachute" is a great book to help you determine your individual strengths and get you into a career where you can enjoy what you do.   If you need to build skills to meet the requirements of something exciting that you find, online classes cover just about everything. Volunteering can often help you build the actual experience that can be applied into your job search.  I've met wonderful people volunteering and that is always a good thing!  Good Luck!
