I've always been a country girl at heart and growing up I got to spend my childhood summers in the Oregon countryside picking blackberries and swimming in the local rivers - also known as little girl heaven. In my early 20s (many many moons ago..) my family took a leap of faith and moved from dusty SoCal to a home in the beautiful countryside of Washington and I've never felt more at home than I do living in the Northwest. I love animals and children and I have been blessed with a 17 year old son a 9 year old daughter and more furry and scaled babies than I have room to list! I am married to my absolute best friend and we have many (mis)adventures together. My passion is helping people and I am so excited to be able to help you find your new dream home or launch your new adventure! I have worked previously as everything from a barista to an insurance agent so please feel free to ask questions on how to doctor up your coffee or if you have questions on how insurance works - I just may be able to help!

How We Got Started

Real estate has been a lifelong dream of mine, however it wasn't until after I had sold my insurance agency in 2020 that I finally took the leap into selling homes. I couldn't be happier with the result! I now get to spend my days helping people find their dream homes, and helping them navigate through the tricky home buying process!

Competition will always exist, but in the current market an offer needs to be competitive to seal the deal. I work with my clients to help them understand the available tools to help make their offer more competitive, but also the dangers and pitfalls of using those tools so that they can design... I work with my clients to help them understand the available tools to help make their offer more competitive, but also the dangers and pitfalls of using those tools so that they can design an offer that is competitive, but also protects their interest. I also encourage outside of the box thinking to consider homes that will meet the majority of their needs, but leverage more buying power. It's often that the perfect home is the one that is just a little outside of the criteria set.
