Would you trust AI to  answer your phones and handle and book leads ?

Absolutely not.  Our customers need immediate answers to immediate problems, and we will not give up the personalization for "leads".  I personally made 2 calls recently to 2 different companies that used AI, and although each call could have only taken about 2 minutes each, it ended up taking me more than an hour as AI couldn't understand my question, and there was no way to reach a live person.  Terribly frustrating, especially when the answers needed were urgent.  I also personally would not book an appointment through AI.  I want to speak to a person asap to see if I even need an appointment.  Some situations are extremely complex, and AI is not capable of understanding them.  I don't see how AI ever will as, although there are some basic Q&A, each situation can have multiple layers.
