If you have "Next Door Neighbor" in your community, introduce yourself on that. Maybe even offer a 10% discount as a "Get to Know My Neighbors". Also, get involved in your church. It only takes one person there and your practice info will spread like wildfire. Of course, get involved in one of the Chambers, and perhaps a "Leads Group" if possible. One of my dentist friends moved across the state to get married, and within two years he had more patients than he could handle in his new practice through these methods.

Join the Chamber of Commerce in your local area. Look for the one with the most members, having GOOD networking events. Not all Chambers are created equal!
