The SBA is a mess. They are not functioning properly which is negligent and causing more damage than necessary. It is impossible to speak to anyone who is actually handling your application or file and due to that gap between the people who answer the phone and the people who are allegedly processing the files, the percentage of error and failure is very high. Truly, to make it this far and be out of all my savings, college funds gone, and waiting for an increase due to the Pandemic lasting almost twice as long as the first financial assistance was measured for, has been a kick in the gut. So sad and stressed.
What gives me hope is my faith in human kind in general that together, if we distance, wash our hands, wear masks, and stay home when sick and keep our children home when they are sick and not ever go to work or to common areas of the city when ill, that we can get this under control. With...

What gives me hope is my faith in human kind in general that together, if we distance, wash our hands, wear masks, and stay home when sick and keep our children home when they are sick and not ever go to work or to common areas of the city when ill, that we can get this under control. With vaccines coming out, it will help to stabilize, however we have to maintain these practices forever, to a certain extent.
As business owners we have to protect our staff and their families by making sure to have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment, make sure they are practicing proper safety protocols at home and at work.
Then we can fight hard to modify, adapt, develop and put into action ways to improve the income of the business and how to attract clients again. Keeping the faith that we are honest, hard working people who want to do great work for our clients. That said, please let us know if there is anything we can do for you! From my experience, there is no replacement for seeing a home with your own eyes. Maybe it is because I know what to look for and why I want to see it with my own eyes. But alternatively, a buyer really, in my opinion, is doing them self a disservice to not take the time to go to a property and...

From my experience, there is no replacement for seeing a home with your own eyes. Maybe it is because I know what to look for and why I want to see it with my own eyes. But alternatively, a buyer really, in my opinion, is doing them self a disservice to not take the time to go to a property and walk it and look at it with their own eyes. Not only to get a feeling for the property, but to experience the neighborhood, local businesses, see how the neighbors keep their front yards, condition of cars. That gives a picture of the demographic and whether other property owners have price of ownership. I would want to live in a neighborhood where the neighbors take good care of they properties rich or not. Also, Agents should be held to the Fiduciary Duty Standard of advising a buyer if there are issues with any of the systems of the home. How can you run the shower, or the hose bib in the back yard or the garbage disposer or air conditioner if you are not there. I do not believe anyone can replace being there and seeing firsthand a home you want to buy with photos, vidoes, or secondhand knowledge. It is a buyer beware world. I do not know why the statistics reflect that only 1% of buyers go to see the house. From my over 30 years in the business, I would have to say that the numbers are skewed by out of the country prospects, social media and bad flawed record keeping.

Being that it is a flat roof and most likely requires a new roof or layer (but it looks like it has already had three layers, so it has to be a tear off if that is the case). I would obtain either a bid from a trusted roofer that you know or three bids. Then she can decide once informed of the professional opinion from roofers, how to proceed.

The real estate market is filled with hotshot young and new realtors who have not really had the training, experience and guidance necessary to provide excellent, top notch, worry free service to their clients. So in short, vetting the prospects to make sure they are bright, educated, pro-active, people with a desire to learn and do things correctly without cutting corners is paramount. When in doubt, ask your boss! Never guess.
