If someone says I have no sales, I would say you have no plan and you are not looking. By saying this, a business owner has to do the planning ahead of time and then start planting the sales seeds. Once the seeds has been planted and by you start watering your seeds and giving them love and care, Believe me you will get sales and your yearly revenue will grow. One more thing do not be greedy, share it with team that did made things happened. It is very simple, it is like having organic vegetable garden, once you had done planting the seeds, by watering and giving them love and care, and they will respond by producing fresh vegetables for you. (Once you have the fresh vegetables, share some with friends and others)

Generally, the statistic shows that your loyal customers they account for 20% of your customers. But that 20% drives 80% of your total revenue. Over their lifetime, loyal customers spend 10X more. Yes, I am all for it, depending to the type of business. Remember the company customer service has to be excellent (100 %). Keep in mind the Customer Retention rate sometimes referred to as the "stability index". How to calculate the Retention Rate is simple, Customer Retention Rate = ((A-B)/C)*100, which A is the total no customer for at the ending of a selected period (Month, Year, or ? ), B, is total no of new customers during the start and end of the selected period, and finally C is total no of customers at the starting of the selected period.

Outbound marketing - Outbound marketing consist of more traditional forms of marketing and advertising such as Publications, TV, Radio, prints and cold calls. (This is old, and something costly for small companies, very good and powerful for big branded companies, if it is done right) Permission marketing is the privilege (not the right), I like this method, and it is cost effective. In summary if we treat people with respect that would allow us to earn their attention with respect in a best way. Inbound marketing is a pull and push strategy, inbound marketing earns the attention of customers and makes the company easy to be found. It is good if it is done right. This method will unique for each types of business. In summary, this method will use the power of internet pull audience via content marketing, blogs, events, SEO, social media and more – to create brand awareness and attract new business. My take: I like a combination of Permission marketing and Inbound marketing, but before all these a) The number one issue is using the inbound marketing to create brand awareness and attract your selected audience in respect to your products & services that you are offering.
