If you do chances are that will be the last order you work on for them. Keep them happy without pulling money out of your pocket. You have made money working with them in the past & will make money in the future if they're still your customer. It is a great help when your employees care enough to speak up when they see something that isn't right, there are too many that just turn they're back on obvious errors they notice. That's unacceptable!
