He teaches a methodology of tackling that is applicable at any level of play. Additionally, while many coaches bicker over which is the right way or wrong way to tackle. His was the only one EVER to be put through the rigor of a clinical trial . Which was commissioned by the LA84 Foundation. His method lowered helmet impact significantly while increasing the impact of the hit significantly. Thus making for a much safer and effective tackle. People do not go on social media to buy stuff.  They go to get in so many words, distracted.  A clip of a level term life insurance post is a swipe lol Be fun , be provocative.  Serve your market with stuff that interests them.

It is a process. That comprises of many processes.  The goal is to have a page with content that says your message. Then link to that page.  There is also technical onpage beyond content. Stuff like robots.txt or redundently mapping over to your sitemap.xml, machine language to bolster brand, etc, beyond the usuals.   That intertwine exponentially with other internet advertising initiatives. In fact, you have a moral obligation not to hold it back if you have shared it once, then go ahead and share again. I recently, interviewed a Realtor who told me as soon as he is asked a question he does a video so everyone else has it. Another way is to create content around town. Or start podcasts or vLog interviews. Meet local business owners, vendors, suppliers, etc. The idea is to elevate above everyone else to distance yourself from a commodity label.  So if we are going to supplement these ideas with content. We can research the net. And curate the rich media into our website. A favorite to find topic popularity is https://buzzsumo.com/ And for potential questions tied to a word AnswerthePublic.com   This is assuming familiarity with the topics. If you do not know much about the topic. Make Google an intimate friend.

And are you interested in only likes? I am more interested in people engaging and commenting and also sharing.  But then again, there are many people who lurk and never let you know they are reading you. So I look for return engagement also.

(more) The one that turns into a sale. :-)OK I will turn off the snark. The best one is the one that turns into my best client. Which requires numbers.Long ago, in another life  I learned prospecting from a real estate trainer. He taught how to get listings of homes for sale. The formula was simple. We just had to fill in the volume.  So in other words. How many house doors can I knock? How many of those will turn into a lead? How many leads to get to an appointment? How many appointments to get to a signed listing? How many listings to get to a sale?So the variables are how good am I at convincing someone to meet and sign at a price that will sell? and I can influence more folks with my poor persuasion by increasing doors or make more $ with better persuasion  by the volume of doors knocked. So lets jump forward to now.  Trip wires are a fun get in the door strategy. They are low priced or free services offered to folks who absolutely need your service.  It cuts through the noise of your competition wanting to sell sell sell. Another compelling offer is if you have a monthly, then do the first 30 days free. Which is really a reframe of a net 30 right? So in my business I might offer a low priced highly perceived value website for the business that does not have one. I might offer a free Business set up on Google or a full wazoo optimization included with my training book to rank on the top of the local maps. All for a low intro price.  In today's overly noisy world. We need something to cut through the noise of our competitors. Who essentially are interrupting with a sales message. With no value attached. Or often times even assumed.  We can do that via an advertising model. Or a thought leader/market authority model or both.  Via publishing like we are here. You can establish marketplace authority. You can do that through social media(personal and business), opportunities like alignable. And blogging your own and guest blogging, as well as video and podcasting. Of course it helps to have a published book to hand out.  My podcast has an interesting mix of business influencers, top hypnotists and persuasion experts, and football coaches. Why the coaches? They are the best team builders and strategists in the world. the fact they will talk with me adds to my authority. So this leaves me an evergreen footprint to drop content on any platform as I desire to provide backup to a point.  The cast is at soundcloud.com/timokeefe So to really ramp up your lead game.  Consider that all of the possibilities can work as one.  Because of pixeling. Pixeling or retargeting allows you to target someone on Facebook who visits your website through Social, Email, SEO or a Google Ad. It expands your marketing reach exponentially. The concept can work in various ways and starting points. This helps you expand authority and awareness using an old school concept called the rule of 7.  In the old days the ad agencies believed that it took 7 exposures to a message to get you to act.  This is hard for many of us one liners to get. As if we were online from the start we were used to hitting home runs.  Instead today, it is better to "get more leads on base". Which means get more at bats to drive those leads into home (to mix metaphors with the doors above). There is also the idea of psychological priming. Where the more we see a brand the more we place them in importance in our mind. So if we are seemingly ubiquitous. It helps us to get thought of at the time of the prospect taking action.  Twelve years ago I had a Realtor call me. I asked how he found me and he said he could not remember. But everywhere he went to research traffic for Realtors. There I was.  Be there so when they are ready to identify themselves, you are there. And they will be the best client as your authority and value is cooked into your image. I just got off the phone with him this morning. We are working on a new project.

While the business owner puts their faith into both , believing that they have his or her best interests in mind.I think as can be   accomplished all under one roof is a better model if there is competence and ethics. And often, even though they say one roof,  companies will outsource and manage it under their own direction. This can work but disclosure needs to be out there with transparency. There are many agencies that say they do x and do not actually do it.  They outsource. My business was the benefactor of this type of relationship for years. As they did not as they say, like to lose control of the dollars. Because once a prospect is in relationship they might stray and use the other company. So there was deep trust between us and the referral source.  Because I could have sold their clients what they were selling. I once was brought into an under one roof scenario, and I asked if they are doing SEO now. Yes we are was the answer.  I asked how?, and they said, that  they write articles and post them.  How often? I asked Like every other month. lolI said But thats not SEO.Well its content marketing they said. Not really lol. You forgot the second part of that phrase. Marketing. So many agencies will put makeup on a pig to demonstrate value, when it really will not help much.  There are lots of interests wanting those fees.  Ethics and competence are sadly often missing.  The client just wants leads and sales.  The truth is real SEO by an expert is not cheap and not a commodity. It is part technical and part art. A true SEO expert can also manage Adwords/YouTube and Facebook Ads, and all that is digital and make it work within a comprehensive synergistic construct.

(more) SEO is Social is Reputation is SEO What is Google? Google owns more platforms like YouTube than you can imagine. On the first page of Google you can advertise, rank in maps/local, ranked videos, ranked images, etc etc. So what is SEO? When I started in the 90s it was simple. Rank in Alta Vista or Yahoo/Inktomi and that was that. A search results rendered 10 urls per page with nothing much else on the page. Today SEO is leaned on because there are so many sources of content consumption and thus traffic. That is a good and bad thing. As an example you can rank for phrases which pull them in on search. Pixel them and retarget them on ads at Google and or Facebook. And lets not forget about follow up on customers and visitors who come but do not buy with email and or even sms/text. A singular approach of just SEO is limiting. Knowing all the moving pieces helps. I have only listed a few. I have a client getting two Instagram generated leads a day. Just from there. He has many other funnels.
