We are a full service photography studio with a wide variety of equipment and experience to cover the needs of most individuals and businesses. For over 20 years we've been photographing the talented people of Silicon Valley.
How We Got Started
I was lucky to find photography in high school and have been a free lance shooter ever since. I had a studio in downtown San Jose, Venice Beach, and now Los Gatos. My passion is photographing musicians and entertainers, but I also cross over to corporate portraiture and family events.

Well it used to be the beginning of the year (January,February) was always the slow time of the year. But, that’s when my business was focused mainly on the consumer markets of portraits and weddings. Now that we do much more corporate work, I’m busy all of the time. Finding a few areas of specialty can keep things going even when one source slows down. I used to recommend young photographers to specialize, become an expert, and you’ll make more money. Now I think it’s best to be an expert in a few categories.

There's always too much do, but totally worth it!

I had to photograph a wedding at a nudist camp and needless to say things were a little over exposed.
Kidding! I was asked but didn't have the nerve to shoot it. Maybe if I was in better shape!

Both. If you catch a decisive moment like a plane going down or a celebrity doing something illegal, that photo could be iconic and worth a lot of money. You could say any customers they send your way is another text book in your child’s education and makes the world ( and your kid) that much brighter!

I hand out a lot of business cards and try to volunteer with local non-profits that help the community. I find that people are more likely to hire a friend as a photographer so I befriend as many people as I can.
