I have a service, Podium, that ties in with my point of sale and allows me to click a button when I ask if I can send a link to their phone for a review. Most of my customers are more than happy to write a review. I always ask for their permission as I don't want to overwhelm their phone with texts.

I enjoy what I do and that makes it good for my customers. Someone may come into my store as a guest, but when they leave, it's as a friend. I treat them with respect as I expect to be treated. I will do everything I can to make their experience great! I want to exceed their expectations.
