I started a business with a partner, I wish I knew him better than I did. We worked together for the same company before we decided to venture out on our own, we were going into the same type of business. He was a lot of talk and very little action, he was not the guy I thought he was. So if you are starting a new business with a partner make sure you are both on the same page, define your roles and share the same vision and work ethic. Otherwise you are getting off on the wrong foot.
