This is how Framer's Vise has stayed open so many years.customer's come back because of our customer service, quality of product and dependability.We give our repeat customers a frequent flyers discount 😉 and work one on one to ensure that the final outcome of the project meets their vision.We compare our store to the TV show Cheers we have customers that come back over and over again and when they walk through the door they're always greeted with us calling out their names.
We work as a team when it come to our knowledge in archival, sports memorabilia and unique framing needs. All our staff is very educated and has had a long experience in Custom Framing but when we are unsure we never hesitate to ask a colleague for advice.

At least a few times a week we get new customers because of a recommendation from another shop.
Word of mouth seems to work the best .However I always have business cards on hand no matter where I go .I have advertised in local bulletins and post on social media but still get better results the old fashioned way😉

I turn on framers' vise but I've worked there for 16 years. The owner ask me to do the social media. We are one of the oldest frame shops we've been open for 43 years. We run like a well-oiled machine.
I think if the owner answered he would say finding employees that understand the trade....

I think if the owner answered he would say finding employees that understand the trade. Learning to choose the Charities you want to donate to because if you donate it to everyone you pretty much would be donating 3 times a day. I think the biggest challenge is finding an effective way to advertise still seems like word of mouth is the most effective.
