With more than 40 years as an RN with a Masters in Nursing, an MBA, and extensive experience in leadership, process improvement strategies, and training, I launched Premier Healthcare Strategies. Operations improvement strategies and solutions to healthcare organizations including ambulatory clinics and post acute care facilities are offered to optimize revenue while creating a positive culture and acceptance of change.

Premier Healthcare Strategies also offers senior case management to individuals to promote a sense of well-being and independence. With a created, individual care plan, home safety assessment, and coordination of referrals and services, the caretaker is able to focus on the client.

I learned of opportunities in both ambulatory clinics and long term care for operations improvement after working directly with more than 70 multispecialty clinics which consisted of 250 providers and more than 300 clinical staff. I established protocols, led a successful Magnet designation, multiple Joint Commission accreditation and quality programs. Because of minimal clinical staff support in organizations and lack of training, I founded Premier Healthcare Strategies to standardize policies, promote infection prevention and create strategies to improve patient satisfaction, reduce patient safety concerns, reduce staff turnover, and optimize quality measures.
