Services include carpet sales, installations, re-stretching and repairs, carpet,tile and upholstery cleaning, wood floor sanding, refinishing, screening and rejuvenation. After working for a few companies and watched how customer service gradually being replaced with"customer no service", we created Double N Services - a company that stands by their promises and gives exceptional services that exceeds expectations in the flooring industry.

Since I don't know how to cut corners and offer same top notch service to every client, regardless of how much they are willing to spend, I try to get them to read reviews online about my services from satisfied clients . That way they are being educated and can make an informed decision on who to choose. In my case, my prices are already discounted compared to my competitors and I can't go low any longer. Get your satisfied clients to write reviews about you online and that can reduce getting calls from those wanting quality but only want to pay less. I hope this helps.

Angie's List has proved to be a great resource for leads for my business. I receive over 80% of my business from them. My advice will be to start by growing your reviews on their site. Invite your past clients to post reviews. The more the reviews the better.
