We are a medium sized exterior remodeling company established in 1978 and incorporated in 1998. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows and decks. We service residential, new construction and light commercial. I love it. It’s simple and tells me immediately what you do. My only criticism would be all the unnecessary verbiage near the bottom. No one single issue. In the construction industry things change rapidly  It’s an encyclical problem. Labor, material, market needs etc etc.  These are constant issues that lend to a constant learning/adjusting period (more) No one single issue. Do the things YOU love to do in the business and for the things you do not like to do, find people smarter than you to do those things. Growth doesn't just happen. It's planned. Write a business plan and follow thru with it. Budget accordingly and increase your Grosse projected sales every year...
