It depends on the size of your company, the type of business, and the differentiation of employee responsibilities. Quickbooks is an excellent bookkeeping system so there should be a person in house who is excellent at using it, but then depending on the things I just mentioned whether...

Quickbooks is an excellent bookkeeping system so there should be a person in house who is excellent at using it, but then depending on the things I just mentioned whether you use accrual/cash basis should be the call of your outside accountant.
