About Us

YOUR APPS WORK. YOUR HANDOFFS DON’T.

RadianONE™ gives construction and trades businesses a done-for-you AI operating layer that connects the systems already running your office, field teams, customers, and cash flow. We help eliminate the gaps between lead routing, CRM, estimating, scheduling, production, communications, QuickBooks, invoicing, and collections—without a disruptive rip-and-replace.

The result is a clearer path from lead → job → cash: fewer missed follow-ups, less duplicate entry, faster invoicing, and role-based visibility into what needs attention before it becomes a margin-eroding surprise.

What RadianONE™ helps connect: lead routing • CRM implementation • workflow automation • app and systems integration • QuickBooks automation • customer prospecting automation • AI automation • job-to-cash operations.

Ready to map the handoffs holding your operation back? Book a 75-minute Connected Operations Demo at radianone.ai/demo.

How We Got Started

RadianONE™ began with a simple observation: contractors do not need another disconnected app. They need the systems they already use to work together when the lead, job, customer, and cash-flow handoffs matter most.

We built our approach around the operational friction owners and teams feel every day—leads that go cold, duplicate entry, field-to-office gaps, fragmented reporting, delayed invoices, and limited visibility into what needs attention next.

Today, RadianONE™ helps construction and trades businesses create a connected operating layer across their CRM, workflows, apps, QuickBooks, communications, and job-to-cash process. The goal is practical: protect margin, reduce surprises, and give teams more time to serve customers and grow with confidence.

Its not that they haven't heard it, and more of oh boy this is going to be "uh."  I would change the emphasis from the title to the descriptors to give folks a story to visualize and you can then encapsulate them with a bit of "itch" to see what you actually do. In example, "Hi, my title described is 'I help recover the 40 to 60% usually left on the table when you file an insurance claim.' Now for my actual title, would you like to know first how I actually get that done?"

No.  You can be found via Google and get work word-of-mouth in many areas in your market yes, but you want to focus on a very specific "farm" area that knows you by name and face.  In example, if you need 200 jobs a year; why market to 2.2 Million?  Look for that township that has 2000 homes and needs 10% of what you provide replaced per year and you'll never have to prospect again, nor worry about out of towners taking your business.

A Realtor that offers a free roof inspection as part of their pre- and post- CMA analysis.  While all others are offering the same old CMA analysis approach and then the % commission bid; offering something different and unexpected can give you that bump or nudge ahead of the rest.  In another example, if all other contractors are bidding price; but you offer free annual inspections for 5 years (even as most won't make use of them) then that is something others do not have in their "price" offer.   What won't happen is that it won't get created from a quick, "I'll add this type insert." You have to think about it. Do some research on things you can use to flank.  If it was a no brainer everyone would do it; and, most think they are doing so but miss the mark.

It's not the script or the freestyling that's at issue. It's the ums and duhs and ahs in execution.  Practice, practice, practice and make subliminal your pitch that you can fire it off and its related rebuttals at the subconscious level and you'll never have to worry about closing anyone.  (more) It's not the script or the freestyling that's at issue. 😂 We have never heard of such a concept. And we run into a lot of concepts. We probably would have applied Sun Szu's Rule 1 of Art of War: Don't Go To War - and then proceeded to turn that inflow of prospects into redirected campaigns using the Collier Principle.
