I find that our greatest resource is our current clients.  Satisfied clients refer us to others and that's how we build our customer base.   (more) I find that our greatest resource is our current clients.  Satisfied clients refer us to others and that's how we build our customer base.

Most of the time, businesses pick up the phone no matter what appears on caller id, because they want to make sure someone always answers all incoming calls. Also remember, the person who answers usually isn't the person you really want to talk to, so it's up to the marketing person to connect to the right person. But, if you are concerned about what appears on caller id and think it may effect your marketing efforts, I would stay away from the word insurance. I like the idea of the city or even a phone number or owner's name would be good.

We install and service Avaya phone systems and have done so for years. I have found them to be very hardy with little maintenance. The IP Office system is very versatile and allows digital and VOIP SIP lines, so you can transition to internet phone lines at your convenience. If your business is small or even a startup, going refurbished may save you some money until you are ready for something better, but again, that also depends on your business needs and requirements.
