Emily Stekl Holistic Energy Healing offers individual Reiki sessions, holistic coaching, and creativity doula-ing. With a focus on empowerment and self-discovery, I provide unique experiences that combine reflection, meditation, and creativity to help people find the balance between their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Emily started her career in health and wellness as an ambulatory care pharmacist, working alongside primary care providers and endocrinologists to help people manage diabetes, lose weight, and quit smoking. She discovered that her passion was helping people find and realize their passion and not the medications (though she believes the meds are prt of the puzzle too), and she decided to go all in on helping people find the sweetness their souls are craving, whether it’s fulfilling work, a loving partner, or another kind of adventure. Emily supports self-discovery and empowerment from within to help people manifest their dream life by sharing their unique gifts.
