First to go under is what is first to come back...home sales.  Hold on for the ride.

If you think the government is going to fix this your dead wrong.  Soon you'll see your taxes increase to pay for this mess.  The people that need aren't getting the money.  Our politicians pass bills that take care of their backers and give the people who need it crumbs.  Start thinking for yourselves and fire them all...vote them out.

My .02, Obamacare sucks and needs to be fixed.  I'm going to be 65 soon and I have a lot of friends that their insurance pays for nothing leaving them with the bill.  In one case a new hip left a friend on his wife plan she's a nurse with an 8k bill.   (more) My .02, Obamacare sucks and needs to be fixed.  I'm going to be 65 soon and I have a lot of friends that their insurance pays for nothing leaving them with the bill.  In one case a new hip left a friend on his wife plan she's a nurse with an 8k bill.

A common problem I see is most buyers want a new house free of any problems and they "think" the seller should fix everything.  This is unrealistic which before leaving I tell the buyers.

SEO, ask clients for reviews.  if you don't have clients try HomeAdvisor but know this it's a low bid wins the job. each lead won or not costs you $19.00. I always test the plumbing and have found clogs using my thermal camera.  With regards to older homes 50+ years I recommend a camera inspection of the pipes.  If the house has a septic inspection I always tell the buyer if that leach field is bad it's going to cost you $10~15k to replace it. ...
