About Us
My husband and I created Kittredge Mortgage in 1983 because we felt there was a need for secondary mortgage financing. We were pioneers in this area of financing and have had the opportunity to serve clients with honesty, integrity and knowledge.
How We Got Started
We started the business in our home and as we outgrew that space we purchased our office building at 123 Bonnet Street in Manchester, Vt.
Then 1n 1989 we opened an office on Patchen Road in South Burlington, VT that is managed by our son, Keith P. Kittredge.
