We are a breath-taking manor house restaurant and event venue steeped in history and comfort! The house, built in 1886, features fine dining cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The floor layout features 11 dining rooms with lower and upper patios which are gorgeous backdrops for framing private dinners and events for two guests up to parties of 700. There is no formal dress-code for the Briarhurst Manor. We encourage guests to dress in something that makes you feel good, feel attractive, and comfortable. We see everything from beautiful ballgowns and tuxedos to Colorado Casual: a collared shirt or blouse and nice jeans, slacks or khakis. Wear something that makes you feel as special as you are!
