I am a native New Yorker from The Bronx, New York. My path has taken me to several different places to call home and has allowed me to wear many different "hats" along the way. From New York City, Oklahoma, Texas, and now Georgia, all forming the person that is ready and experienced to assist in excelling your business. I have a B.A. Degree in Communication and Certifications in the following: Life Coaching, Advertising & Marketing, and Stress Management.
I am also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

How We Got Started

We began in 2017 and then shifted in 2019. I was doing Life Coaching and Business Coaching, but only part time. My passion and dedication was in the field of Education.
I expanded not only in different ways, but added on experts to the Business family. I am honored to be in collaboration with them. The name came from the wee hours of the morning while wide awake. Business = knowing that is the area I would be working in / Pearls = the feminine side, the elegance, the uniqueness that every business like a pearl is different.

I left the field of Education at the end of 2020 to become a full time business owner, when God said for me to move! I stepped out on faith. I appreciate all the connections that I have made and continue to make. It is a true blessing to be able to work with business owners literally from around the country, South Korea, and Canada.

Yes, happiness is not the problem, but the drive to come out of the comfort zone and move. In order to overcome that I personally have positive affirmations that I post everywhere to remind myself of the work that I have signed up for. The work to go out and make a positive impact on others. So I identify it, ask the why I chose it and Make a plan to make it happen! A plan to outwardly affirm my short comings and outwardly tell someone. People hold me accountable for doing what needs to be done and remind me of those affirmations...I’m valued and can do it.

In dealing with Advertising the best way has been person to person. Referrals out weighs other tactics because it deals with the character of a person. You can have the best products on the market, but if your morals and values aren’t on point then no one will want to do business with you.
