Our agency was founded by Tracee “The Way Up CEO” Holloway, an award-winning communications strategist, publicist, creative director, and event management professional with more than 20 years of experience helping brands become clearer and more visible.
Tracee has been named Alignable’s Local Business Person of the Year for Mansfield three times—in 2022, 2024 and 2025. In 2026, The Way Up Creative Group received a Silver Award in the Event Planner category of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s DFW Favorites Awards.

More than 20 years ago, this journey began with words. Through T. Jackson PR Group, Tracee Holloway worked as a freelance writer and editorial publicist, helping entrepreneurs and knowledge professionals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area communicate their ideas and share their expertise. Writing may have been the starting point, but the work was always about something bigger: helping people express what made them valuable in a way others could understand, connect with, and remember.
In 2021, Tracee founded The Way Up Creative Group LLC, bringing more than two decades of communications experience into a new chapter. Today, the agency’s work spans integrated marketing communications, brand development, content creation, public relations, and event management.
As the tools have changed, so have we, helping business owners make practical use of AI without losing the human touch. Community remains close to the heart of our work through Alignable and nonprofit board leadership.
