Founded by award-winning publicist and creative strategist Tracee "The Way Up CEO" Holloway in 2021, our agency leverages over two decades of professional experience in integrated marketing communications, creative direction, and brand elevation. Tracee, a three-time Alignable Local Business Person of the Year (2025, 2024, 2022) in Mansfield, TX, also proudly serves as Vice President of Membership for the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the National Black Public Relations Society and as an officer and advisor on nonprofit boards dedicated to community impact.

How We Got Started

Over 20 years ago, our journey began with freelance writing and editorial public relations through T. Jackson PR Group, dedicated to crafting impactful communications for local businesses and knowledge professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In 2021, we evolved into The Way Up Creative Group LLC, significantly broadening our scope to include Event Production Management, Brand Development, and Content Creation, delivering greater value and enhanced services to our clients.

Our passion extends beyond business. At The Way Up Creative Group, we remain committed to making lasting impressions and actively supporting our community. I had an inspiring start and end to Small Business Week! Last Monday, I attended a special "Gratitude" event for business owners and community members. Hearing the stories of the keynote speaker's experience with being thankful and expressing gratitude consistently encouraged and strengthened my business vision. It was a productive week, including a Friday afternoon virtual event hosted by Alignable's Hanna Pierce for Maximizing Your Networking Opportunities, in which we Ambassadors were invited to participate and share info about the alliances. I met many great members and a few were interested in doing more to help their business community. Good times! And this week, I continue with my mission... I am grateful, inspired, reenergized, blessed, and ready to ALIGN!
