Duh....
Track the Actives to Solds, some experts say when it reaches 1 to 1 that's the notice of a recession within two years. I believe the low, mortgage rates and population increase are driving this (low inventory) Sellers market.

I wouldn't waste my time. Their franchises push in-house mortgage services. There are more Real Estate Brokers in M'head than anywhere else. I'd go directly to Borrowers!

Sooo let EVERYONE you know what you do and stay in touch with them at least monthly. Or until they get a restraining order for you;-)
