I agree, Emails are fine for many reasons,But a phone call and tones of a voice can be the best tool in your tool box ,so to speak, its super hard for me and how I built my business by not having that human contact, and to teach how to maintain the machine and spend that extra time with them , it saves so many calls after the repair because off silly thing like treading
