What I look for in a coffee business. 1. Product, it must be Great. It does not need to be spectacular but it needs to be better than typical.
2. Staff with some level of decent customer service. A step above just a hello is good.
3. It’s a plus if the place offered occasional live music

Interesting, occasional live music. I've often thought about spoken word or something along those lines, so I'll keep that in mind! Thank you for your input :)
