A massive advantage is the large 56in web press that can deliver a folded 48 page magazine, at the end of the press. This 48 pager comes off folded. I have produced over fourteen million magazines plus over the last 16 years. Covers will be produced in the same plant on the same web press Or on a 10 or 12 unit Heidelberg sheet fed presses followed by saddle stitching or perfect binding.
