Exorbitant fines. 2 nurses in the room when there are supposed to be 3 because one ran off to get some supplies? No. There is so much to track, sit on a care floor for a few hours and watch sometime. No. Nurses care and juggle tasks well enough. Another administrative task to attend to is penurious.
