Misha Safran, PCC, MA : CEEQ
Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence
💜 What Sets Us Apart 💜
Most workplaces don’t need more information; they need new ways of relating under pressure.
CEEQ helps leaders and teams reduce burnout, improve communication, and transform conflict into connection through a blend of:
💜 Empathy-based leadership development
💜 Experiential, play-based learning that actually sticks
💜 Practical communication tools people can use immediately
My facilitation style is warm and grounded, with the right balance of professionalism and lightness so teams feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to change.
I don’t just talk about emotional intelligence. I practice and model it.
I started the Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence (CEEQ) after watching burnout and emotional disconnection intensify in 2020. As a longtime educator, coach, and speaker, I saw an urgent need for spaces where people could be honest about what was hard and still reconnect to joy, meaning, and each other.
What began as Joy Trainings and community gatherings quickly grew into CEEQ: a home for emotionally intelligent leadership development and experiential learning that helps teams communicate better and lead with more humanity.
Today, I primarily partner with organizations through keynotes and leadership trainings, including:
💜 “Transform Conflict into Connection”
💜 “Empathy & EQ at Work”
💜 “Centering Empathy and Creating Joy in Your Leadership and Beyond”
I also work 1:1 with a small number of leaders each month who want deeper support in communication, confidence, and executive presence.
