About Us
Shepherd Care is an organization that provides People Services, including an Employee Assistance Care Program, to deliver a caring approach to employees and individuals in crisis. Shepherd Care is dedicated to encouraging and supporting people of all ages and walks of life. We are a Non-profit 501 (c) corporation to provide chaplaincy, critical incident response, and pastoral care for the community.
How We Got Started
People bring there problems to work. Statistically, the Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) programs are only used by a small percentage of staff. Shepherd Care’s Employee Assistance Care Program (EAC) interacts with your employees and staff on a personal basis.
