The leads were not good leads. Customer service is kids out of high school that dont know anything about business and marketing. Most leads never heard of home advisors. Many fake leads. Use your money in better marketing is my advice.

Hi. If you are up front about it before doing the service then its up to the customer if they would like to continue using your service. If you told them about the increase after performing the service that is not right or professional and they dont have to pay it.
