What is the best way to decline a request for help because you are retired?

Find a business who you would recommend and send the business their way. Even better, ask for a small commission or referral fee. You obviously had a good reputation and a younger version of you would appreciate the help. Do a good thing and possibly make a little side income as well.

Steve, that's the best advice I have received. I will certainly followup on that. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I hope all is well with you.

Your very welcome. Philanthropy (Pay it Forward) is always a great path to take after you've been blessed with some success.
Now if only I could retire and do the same!! LOL
