Have reviewed over 23,000 credit files, Educator for the State of Texas in their Real Estate Division among other credentials but my main motto is

In my industry which is linked to the real estate & mtg industry you might as well throw your money away. mostly those leads are shoppers who do not understand loyalty and will let you do the work get the info and then find a friend who is in real estate or mtg. i hear those stories all the time.

One thing i do not do is ask for references and if the applicant asks about contacting their reference i tell them i do not care.

I just did a search under the name of the "business owner"person asking this question and there were no results in the search so i think this is a BS "owner asked you a question"...
BUT...
I do not take on a client if i do not believe i can help them achieve their financial goal they are trying...
