That it is not a serious business. This is a skill based business using all 4 parts of the brain. Decision making, relationship building, salesmenship and detail oriented. Having a back ground in psychology is very helpful due to the nature of our business(people). In my 39 years in this field I have never been bored, challenged daily to grow. Mine is a business that offers hope and self-esteem.
