Frankly this is a issue that I have never had to deal with. I have a business web-site and have yet to receive a negative review. Our clients vote with their pocket book, if the don't like it.. they don't come back... they will find someone else in our field to do business with.

Secondly 3 times a year I offer Seasonal Opens houses and sales... where products (close-outs) may be purchased at 30% off - or take advantage of 15-20% discounts based on volume of sales on regular lines items. Or if they prefer - they may take advantage of a ordering bonus system. This is also based up the volume of their personal sales. The bonus (free additional product may range from $10.00 on up.)
